Ringo out the old, Ringo in the new
Beatles tribute band Liverpool Legends and Louise Harrison announces they are pleased to welcome Greg George as their new Ringo. Greg was formerly with "1964 The Tribute" and is probably the most sought-after Ringo Starr impersonator/look-alike in the entire world, and they are honored to have him as a part of Liverpool Legends.
Greg has portrayed Ringo in thousands of concerts including several appearances at Carnegie Hall. His world class drumming and jaw-dropping resemblance to Ringo often make people believe they are seeing the REAL Ringo.
 Greg George as Ringo
Liverpool Legends is also sad to announce the departure of Joe Bologna. They say they love Joe and he has been with them since the start. They say they couldn't have gotten to where they are without him and they'll miss him dearly on stage and off. They also say you may see Ringo Joe popping up in the future, performing at some Liverpool Legends road shows. Although they sadly close one chapter with Joe and wish him much happiness, they are anxious to start a new chapter with Greg.
Branson welcomed Greg on Aug 29th but the Chicago-area fans will have the chance to meet him on Labor Day at Liverpool Legends' show at Taste of Polonia. They look forward to seeing all of you!
Liverpool Legends will continue to perform at The Caravelle Theater in Branson Missouri thru December 9th. They have been nominated for"Best Show" and "Best Band" in Branson in 2006.
