Documentary producers reject Yoko's Imagine lawsuit Producers of Expelled have rejected Yoko's recent lawsuit and say unbiased viewers of the film will see that the "Imagine" clip was used as part of a social commentary in the exercise of free speech. Yoko sues filmmakers over use of Imagine Yoko Ono, Sean Ono Lennon and Julian Lennon are suing the filmmakers of "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" for using the song "Imagine" in the documentary without permission.
