Paul's veggie ad hits New York [Posted by Dave Haber on Tuesday, 08/05/08 7:29 am] [Full Blog] [Digg This] Paul's ad for Peta ran as a half-page ad on page 39 of the New York Post yesterday. The ad includes Paul wearing a t-shirt that says "Eat No" and a picture of a cow, and reads: Many years ago, I was fishing, and as I reeling in the poor fish, I realized, "I am killing him--all for the passing pleasure it brings me." And something inside me clicked. I realized as I watched him fight for breath, that his life was as important to him as mine is to me. I am Paul McCartney, and I am a vegetarian.
